Brown sugar crusted Salmon in a cream sauce with portabella mushrooms, capers and spinach. (gluten free)

Seared Scallops

Lightly breaded and pan seared in a citrus glaze, served on a bed of saffron rice with our homemade dill sauce.

Almond Crusted Cod

Tender cod filets encrusted in almonds and herbs, served with our homemade dill sauce.

Salmon a la Plancha

Herb seared salmon topped with our spinach and artichoke dip and garnished with three sautéed shrimp. (gluten free)

Mussels a la Catalina

Pan steamed mussels in a creamy wine butter sauce, with cilantro, onions,  chorizo and toasted bread.

Catalan Scallops

Sauteed and served with a white seafood and mushroom reduction sauce on a bed of egg noodles.

Shrimp sautéed with garlic, dried chilies, served with our cilantro sauce.
